Hollie Anzenberger

Hollie has enjoyed being around horses her entire life. As a young rider, she was an active member of 4H. She has studied under many accomplished professionals such as George H. Morris, Karen Soben, Victor Hugo Videl, Chris Kappler, Jimmy Williams, Bert de Nemethy, and Hugh Wiley.

Hollie traveled to England and earned her British Horse Society Certification as well as graduated from Crabbet Park Equestrian Center in Sussex, England. Back in the States, she won many competitions at A rated horse shows in Equitation and Hunter classes. In 1968 and 1970 she won the Central Ohio Saddle Club Association High Point Award for Equitation.

She has been a professional instructor for over 40 years, and has Managed and Operated Holly Hill Farm since 1970. She offers boarding services and riding lessons to the public, and is capable of teaching all riders of any age from beginner through advanced levels.

Many of Hollie's students have gone on to compete at the Collegiate and National Level. As an active member of the equestrian community, she maintains her involvement in the United States Equestrian Federation and the Up and Over Hunter and Combined Training Association.

Lisa has been an avid horsewoman her entire life and comes from a dedicated horse family. Ever since Lisa was a toddler at the age of 2, she had a profound love for horses. She started her riding career under her mother, Hollie Anzenberger's, guidance.

In 2003 and 2004, she was the Junior and Senior Up and Over Challenge Medal Finalist and Champion respectively. Then in 2007 she went on to win Equestrian Horse and Rider of the Year. As an active member in the Up and Over Combined Training Association and the United States Equestrian Federation, she has participated in clinics with world class riders such as George H. Morris and Chris Kappler.

During her collegiate years, Lisa attended Lake Erie College, located in Painesville, Ohio. At Lake Erie, she studied under many accomplished professionals such as Dr. Elisabeth Giedt DVM, Mary Pardee, Eileen "Bud" Roberts, and Chuck Kinney. She was also an active member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association, showing in Hunter Equitation. Numerous times she received the High Point Rider award, as well as qualified for Zones and Regionals. She traveled to England and Ireland in 2008 to study Equestrian Entrepreneurship and graduated in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian Teacher/Trainer. Lisa also received high honors and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

In April of 2010, Lisa earned her American Riding Instructors Certification at Levels One and Two in Hunt Seat Over Fences and Hunt Seat on the Flat. The American Riding Instructors Association or ARIA is known for their high expectations of knowledge in addition to their high standards of honesty and integrity. Established in 1984, the Certification Program recognizes and certifies outstanding teachers of horseback riding who instruct their students in a safe, knowledgeable and professional way.
